What is your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to initiate a return. Please send an email to askcc@ccspicy.com or click the live chat icon in the bottom right corner.

How can I track my order?

Check your email for a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking information or track it here.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending where you live, your order should arrive within 2-5 days. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived by then.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! All orders over $50 receive free shipping, otherwise we offer $5 flat rate shipping in Canada.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Yes you can. Please email as ASAP to cancel or change your order.

Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Canada and to the United States, but plan to expand to other countries soon. Sign-up to our newsletter to be notified!

Do you have a physical store where I can see your products in person?

We don’t have a physical store, but you can purchase from one of our retail partners. Find a store near you here.
